How the bat works
The Play in the V cricket
bat is very easy to use and can be of tremendous benefit to all
cricketers. The revolutionary coaching aid is a 4cm wide bat with a
mini tennis ball that only just fits on the face of the bat. The 4cm
bat also picks up at the same weight as your average full size
bat.
The theory is that if a cricketer can constantly hit the
tiny ball on the 4cm bat, when he returns to his normal width bat
and normal cricket ball, it will be much easier.
Practice with the bat is so simple. You need someone to underarm
or overarm the small tennis ball at you from approx 10 metres. All
you do is try to drive the ball back where it came from. It may be
difficult to start with and you may miss a few balls, but after a
short while you will soon realise you are hitting more than you are
missing - Improvements!
